Hey, you’re not alone! Boudoir photography is intimate and personal. First, you should know that I’m a father to 3 young girls and am in a happy relationship. Boudoir photography gives me the opportunity to create gorgeous art, boost your confidence, and have fun while doing it! The “male/female” dynamic will not even be noticed. We’ll be laughing, listening to music, and creating beautiful imagery that you’ll cherish forever!
While we typically do not allow guests, we make exceptions. The guest must respect the nature of the shoot by not interfering with the flow of the shoot. Some guests may not realize it but constantly making suggestions, adjusting your hair for you, etc. is distracting and will keep you (and me) from getting into the zone! That being said, having your own hype person is totally awesome so, if they can respect the shoot, they can come!
Before you sit down for your hair and makeup you’ll sign a contract. That contract will explicitly outline what images can be shared, if any at all, and where they’ll be shared. The options vary:
While Amazon and SHEIN have a huge selection, the quality isn’t always the best and sizing can be an issue. Be sure to get measured if you aren’t 100% sure what your size is! If you can’t find a local boutique or something from Victoria’s Secret we highly recommend the following online shops:
Investing in a Boudoir shoot is worth it for the experience, let alone the stunning album you receive with it!
There is a $500 session fee that locks in your session date, hair and makeup, and studio time. The print products come in packages that start at $1800, with our average client spending $3,500.
Reach out and schedule your phone consultation today and we’ll send our Boudoir Client guide with all the details!
Boudoir photography is an exclusive and exciting experience designed to capture someone in an intimate setting. Many photographers use the term “empowering” and while that may be the case for some, I urge all my clients to go into the shoot expecting to have fun.
Some people want this experience for themselves. Perhaps you’ve done some work on yourself, spiritually and/or physically. Perhaps you want to do it because you’re not getting any younger.
Some people book this experience because they’ve just gotten engaged or married and want the album as a gift. Perhaps you’d like to give a spicy album as a 20 year wedding anniversary gift.
Whatever reason(s) brought you here, I urge you to view this as an incredibly fun experience that will leave you feeling confident, beautiful and sexy.
From our initial consultation to final album delivery, I’ll be right there to guide you through everything from outfit selection to posing.
If you haven‘t done so, read my blog post for more details!
